Password/login problems?

Hi,

I can’t log into the main FPC site. Nor can I change my password.

Is something up with the site? Or is it just my account?

I can log in here, obviously, and all is well (using my original password).

Hi @PhotoJim!

Sorry that you’re having problems with the site. The site should work, although sometimes the password reset emails end up in the spam folder. Have you checked there?

The fact that it works here is because the two systems are completely separate.

I was able to log in today from my work computer, although attempts on two different systems at home failed yesterday.

I will try again from home tonight. Perhaps there was a temporary problem.
