@Inkantadora found a store in Paris that will go out of business, and will sell of a lot of vintage inks, I quote:
I think she has a lot of NOS Waterman, local smaller brands from early 20th century, small and large bottles too. I asked for one of the smaller brands 1l bottle, and she was selling it at 30€ which is well under ebay market prices.
